Uptown at Kirkland Urban: A Two-Year Transformation of Modern Living Spaces
Take a look at the amazing Uptown at Kirkland Urban! This was a two-year project where we finished out all the apartments and community spaces with very cool details. The units feature LVP & broadloom carpet in the living spaces, and ceramic tile in the kitchens and bathrooms. The stunning common areas boast end grain hardwood flooring, broadloom carpets, carpet tile, and ceramic tile. We also decked out two of the Kirkland Urban Office Buildings. Elevated Living at Alexan 100: AFB Craftsmanship On Display
AFB brought together an eclectic mix of luxury finishes at Alexan 100 Apartments on lower Queen Anne. The pictures speak for themselves, but we can’t help but boast of the beautiful common areas featuring tile walls, floors, and backsplashes, as well as broadloom carpet, LVT, and carpet tile. The living units feature LVP, broadloom carpet, and ceramic tile on the backsplashes, butler pantries, and shower surrounds.
Crafting Serenity at Emerson Seattle with Mill Creek Residential
Amidst the CHOP chaos on Seattle’s Capitol Hill we proudly worked with Mill Creek Residential on designing a peacefully serene environment for residents at Emerson Seattle. It took a fair amount of perseverance but the results speak for themselves. The finishes are truly remarkable, with the resident lounge featuring hardwood floors and a felted wool broadloom insert area rug, while the kitchen boasts a porcelain floor and mosaic sheet tile on the rounded wall. The theater has #hardwood and carpet tiles, and the fitness room showcases a glass tile wall and rubber floor tiles. The living units are decked out in luxury vinyl plank with beautiful ceramic tile backsplashes in the kitchens.
Sawyer Trail Apartments: A True Pacific Northwest Gem
The Sawyer Trail Apartments were developed by one of our all-time favorite clients and exude the ultimate in Pacific Northwest charm! Featuring Luxury Vinyl Plank throughout the living spaces, and cozy wall to wall carpet in the bedrooms. The Clubhouse and Fieldhouse common spaces and fitness rooms are outfitted in carpet tile, while the locker rooms and restrooms showcase both porcelain and ceramic tile.
CC Apartments: A Fun Build with a Beautiful Finish
Aside from some challenges finding parking in Seattle’s busy Cherry Hill neighborhood, The CC Apartments project was a breeze! The apartments and townhomes feature luxury vinyl plank, with mosaic tile kitchen backsplashes. The lobby features a cool torn-look, backlit tile accent wall, and natural terrazzo black and white tile on the floor. The common area showcase a variety of carpet tile, with LVP laid in a herringbone pattern in the elevators. The ceramic tile backsplash on the rooftop BBQ amenity is the cherry on top of a very fun project.
Crafting Stylish Living Spaces at Atlas 236
Check out the Atlas 236 Apartments that our team was proud to be a part of. The living units feature Luxury Vinyl Plank throughout, while the fabulous amenity areas showcase LVP, Italian ceramic tile backsplash, a porcelain and ceramic tile fireplace, and rubber tiles in the fitness room.
Clark SLU Apartments: Designed with Style & Intention
At Clark SLU Apartments we incorporated thoughtful details such as Luxury Vinyl Plank and subway tile in all living spaces. Common areas include carpet tile in the corridors, octagon ceramic tile in common restrooms, and colorful cement tile on the lobby walls.
